Upload your plans
Open a project and go to Plans. There are two ways to get a plan set in.
Option 1 — Upload a PDF
Drag a PDF onto the drop zone, or click Upload PDF. Files stream directly to secure storage, so you can upload large plan sets — up to 500 MB per file.
Onsite360 then processes the file in the background. You'll see the status move through Uploading → Processing → Ready. Once it's Ready, the plan is indexed and searchable.
Very large sets (over 200 MB) are stored and downloadable but skip AI indexing to stay fast. For those, split the set or upload the key sheets separately.
Option 2 — Import from a link
No file handy? Paste a Dropbox share link or a direct file URL into the Import from a link box and Onsite360 fetches it for you. This is great for plans your architect shared via a link.
Only https links are supported, and imports are capped at 250 MB. Google Drive and OneDrive share links aren't supported yet — download the file and upload it, or use a direct link.
Set who can see it
Before uploading you can choose visibility — everyone (including the client), internal team only, or specific trades. You can change this later per file.
