Refund Policy

1.The short version
14-day money-back on monthly plans. 30-day money-back on annual plans. Both apply to your first paid charge only. After that window, you can cancel any time — you keep access through the end of your current billing period, but we don't refund partial periods.
2.How to request a refund
From inside Buildra, go to /settings/subscription and click Request refund. If you can't reach the app for any reason, email support@buildra.app.
Most refunds are processed within 2 business days. The actual return to your card takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3.What's covered
- First-time paid subscriptions (monthly or annual).
- Upgrades, downgrades, and renewals are not eligible.
- Annual auto-renewals are not eligible after the 30-day window passes.
4.Exceptions
Even outside the standard window, we'll always make things right in these situations:
- Extended outage:if the service was unavailable for more than 5 consecutive days, we'll credit your account.
- Undisclosed material change:if we change your plan terms in a material way without notice, we'll refund the prorated remaining balance.
- Accidental double-charge:we'll issue an immediate full refund of the duplicate charge.
5.Free trials
All trial users get full access during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically. That first charge is fully refundable within 14 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) — no questions asked.
6.What happens to your data
After cancellation we hold your project data for 90 days in case you reactivate. After 90 days, projects and uploaded files are permanently deleted. Export anything you want to keep before then — every list view in Buildra has a CSV export.
